•All outdoor events must strictly end by 9:00PM. The Sound System must be off by 9:00 PM. These are in compliance with LGU restrictions regarding outdoor events and use of sound systems. Full egress/ clean-up must be finished by midnight as the outdoor events area shall be closed at this time.•For electrical capacity, up to 20 amperes is allowed.

VENUE RENTAL / CANCELLATION
Reservation Fee and/or Downpayment must be paid in order to secure the date of rental. Downgrading of package is not allowed.
Outstanding Balance is required at least 1 Month before the event date/ during the final detailing with our
accredited Catering Service.
A security deposit of Php 5,000 is required prior to entry. It will be refunded after the event, shall there be no loss
/damage/ violations made in the property. Violations of any house rules and venue guidelines will forfeit the security deposit. All payments shall be made through BDO/ BPI Family/ Metrobank / Cash Basis only. Only authorized persons by our venue shall accept the payment.
All forms of payment: Reservation Fee, Downpayment, and Outstanding Balance are non-refundable, but
rebookable only in the event of force majeure such as official Quarantine Restrictions, Typhoon Signal No. 3
declared in Rizal/Metro Manila or flooding/ heavy rainfall that may put guests in danger, and sudden venue
closure due unforeseen factors/ restrictions set by LGU/ or other Gov’t Agencies.
The venue has the right to cancel and rebook your schedule if there will be lockdowns/ quarantine policies / city and village guidelines that may restrict us from operating/ accepting guests/ events.
